Ruffled Halter Midi Dress

Such a comfortable and flattering dress for Fall and Winter!  This midi dress has ruffle detailing at the shoulders, an oval cutout at the chest, and a halter-like self tie at the neckline.  It has smocking through the back for a comfortable and adjustable fit.  There is slight pleating on the skirt. Fit runs true to size.  We recommend sizing up if you need more room through the chest.  A small fits a size 2-6, a medium fits an 8-10, and a large fits a 12-14.  Model is wearing a size Small.
